Author Notes: Liz Wiseman is a researcher, executive advisor, speaker, teacher, and author. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelors in Business Management and a Masters in Organizational Behavior. She is a former executive at Oracle Corporation, working as the vice president of Oracle University and was a leader for global Human Resource Development.
