Author Notes: Eddie Izzard is a British comedian, actor, writer, runner, and activist. He was born in South Yemen in 1962. He has appeared on television, on stage, and in films. His awards include two Emmy Awards for his performance in Dressed to Kill. He has run seventy marathons, raising millions of pounds for the UK charity Sports Relief. His book, Believe Me: A Memoir of Love, Death, and Jazz Chickens, was published in June 2017.
