While visiting the Muse Picasso in Paris, AMY NEWBOLD (Salt Lake City, UT) wondered how famous artists would paint the things kids know and care about. She shared the idea with her husband, award-winning illustrator GREG NEWBOLD, and the result was If Picasso Painted a Snowman (Tilbury House, 2017) and now this book. Greg has created work for commercial clients and has illustrated a dozen other books for children, including The Barnyard Night Before Christmas, The Touch of the Masters Hand, Winter Lullaby, and Spring Song. |
